OCEAN STORIES
Why I Joined Sea Shepherd
I joined Sea Shepherd to film something I hope never happens.
I’m now in my last week of my six weeks as a member of Sea Shepherd’s Faroe Islands Crew for the Living Fjords campaign. I live in a house with five other crew and our job is easy to describe and hard to do. When a Grind is called, we rush to the scene to film and document it to show the world what is happening and help provide the documentation that will help end it.
Hope and Frustration at COP29

While governments continue to falter, I believe the real power lies with us—consumers, voters, and changemakers. This post reflects on the moments that gave me hope, the ones that fueled my frustration, and the steps we can take to create a better future.
