Our expeditions take you to some of the most breathtaking marine ecosystems on the planet. We explore the vibrant coral reefs of Indonesia, swim among thousands of mobula rays in Baja California Sur, Mexico, and encounter the elusive thresher sharks of Malapascua in the Philippines. Our journeys also include Bonaire’s crystal-clear waters and the Maldives, where we dive with manta rays and unforgettable sharks.

We combine world-class scuba diving, snorkeling, and freediving with impactful marine conservation, partnering with local ocean nonprofit groups to protect and restore the marine ecosystems we visit, so these natural wonders can be enjoyed for generations to come.

Malapascua Thresher Shark Expedition

Dive with one of the ocean’s most elusive predators: the thresher shark. Based on the island of Malapascua, this expedition gives you front-row access to daily thresher encounters at Monad Shoal - one of the only places in the world where these sharks reliably appear.

But it’s not just about threshers. Expect vibrant macro life, curious sea snakes, frogfish, nudibranchs, and more. We’ll also dive Gato Island, a marine reserve known for its tunnel swim-throughs, reef sharks, and rich biodiversity.

Baja California Dive Expedition

We’re kicking off our 2026 Baja season with a week of world-class diving that combines two of the peninsula’s most iconic underwater destinations.

We start in La Paz, diving with curious and playful sea lions, exploring vibrant reefs and wrecks, and capturing the daily magic of life in the Sea of Cortez. Then we head south to Cabo Pulmo, one of the most spectacular marine reserves in the world. Once a depleted fishing village, Cabo Pulmo is now a global conservation success story, home to thriving coral reefs, massive schools of snapper and jacks, and regular encounters with bull sharks and other pelagic species.

Mobula Rays, Whales & Orcas Expedition

Each year, Baja’s coastline comes alive with one of the ocean’s most breathtaking spectacles: the annual migration of thousands of mobula rays. Think acrobatic leaps, massive schools, and surreal snorkel sessions as they glide beneath the surface. But the mobulas are just the beginning.

From our base in La Ventana, we head out on daily ocean safaris in search of some of the ocean’s most elusive giants. Blue whales, fin whales, and humpbacks often cruise these waters in May, alongside pods of dolphins, sea lions, and, even orcas.

Every year, tens of thousands of mobula rays flock to the Sea of Cortez in Mexico’s Baja California, creating an awe-inspiring spectacle featured in BBC’s Blue Planet and National Geographic documentaries. Imagine diving into a school of thousands, witnessing their leaps, and snorkeling above as they glide in unison. Out in the blue, we can expect the unexpected—alongside mobula rays, there are chances to encounter killer whales, humpback whales, megapods of dolphins, blue whales, fin whales, sperm whales, whale sharks, and more. This annual migration is truly unlike anything else on Earth.

Bonaire Dive Expedition

Explore Bonaire’s stunning coral reef ecosystems, renowned for their biodiversity and beauty. Dive at some of Matthew’s favorite spots, including the iconic 1,000 Steps, the photogenic Salt Pier, and Turtle City, where it’s possible to encounter dozens of sea turtles on a single dive.

Partnering with ocean nonprofits Sea Turtle Conservation Bonaire and STINAPA Bonaire, we will see first-hand the work they are doing, the challenges they face, and the solutions they are developing. Additionally, we will actively participate in volunteering efforts with Sea Turtle Conservation Bonaire.
